Sun Safety!
When playing in the sun, it is so important to be aware of the suns strong rays, even if there are clouds covering the sun or it is dull, the sun can still be strong enough to damage your skin with sunburn.
Below is a video by the ‘Get Well Soon’ show. Kiwa says she has been zapped by aliens but Dr Ranj tells her its actually sunburn, then nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers look at why you need to cover up when playing outside in the sunshine.
