Spellings and Numberfacts- Please learn today's spellings and numberfacts and ask an adult to test you

to see if you remember them.

*Ask an adult to ask you a spelling from yesterday and see if you can remember it!*

 

 

Literacy

 

Capital letters and full stops

Activity 1- Write out the sentences remembering to put in capital letters and full stops.

*Capital letters are at the start of a sentence, for the names of places and people, days of the week, months of the year and for the word I.

 

Activity 2- In your Primary 3 Activity Book find the Capital letters and full stop page (it is the 35th page in your book although it says page 86 on it!) write the capital letter in the correct place.

 

Reading- Your teacher will send your reading on Dojo.

Messages of Hope

Keep working on your artwork for this week's theme- 'Waste Collection Heroes'. Can you make a picture, wait until bin day and then stick it to your bin to say thank you to the bin men and women.

Challenge!!!!!

This week is Children's Mental Health week. That means we are thinking about the way we feel and what things make us happy.

You could-

  • Write sentences about 5 things that make you really happy.
  • Draw a picture of things that make you feel happy.
  • Look at photographs of memories that make you smile.
  • Do something that you enjoy.
