World Around Us: Living Things

 

Produce a Fact File of two pages (A4) size on a living creature.

This can be carried out directly on computer or information can be cut and stuck unto separate pages.

 

The Fact File should include:

Name of animal/creature

  • Classification (vertebrate/invertebrate) and (reptile, bird, fish, amphibian, mammal)
  • Characteristics/ features e.g. appearance, behaviour
  • Habitat
  • Position on the food chain and diet
  • Life cycle
  • Photos/ labelled diagram

Any other points you feel are of interest. Please note that this task is set over a couple of weeks and your Fact File should be submitted on Wednesday 24th February as school is closed for half term week beginning 15th Feb. A portfolio will be made available in Class Dojo for that time.
