Happy New Year and welcome back to Nursery!
This month we will be exploring the exciting topics of ‘Birds’ and ‘Winter’.
We look forward to learning more about the birds that visit our gardens and local area, through our play, community time learning and educational visitors coming in to Nursery. We will be making our very own binoculars and going on a short winter and bird walk to see what birds we can see and hear in our Nursery playground and down on the MUGA beside the park. We will also be learning about how we can look after birds, especially in winter time, by making special bird food.
As well as this, we will be providing opportunities for children to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills across the various areas of the Pre-School Curriculum.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
