Opened in September 2000 as a Breakfast and After school club for local children, Kidz Patch is an innovative partnership between The Friends of Kings Park Primary School and Shankill Parish Caring Association(SPCA). After successfully operating from the site of Kings Park school for a number of years, Kidz Patch moved to their current purpose built unit within the Jethro complex.
At Kidz Patch we believe in the value of play and have introduced this into every possible aspect of our structure. We also aim to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where children can develop and achieve their full potential.

Breakfast Club Opening: 7.30 am - 9.00 am After-school Club Opening: 2.00 pm - 6.00 pm Full day care is provided during school closure periods. |
BREAKFAST & AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBCatering for children aged 4 - 11 the qualified Kidz Patch staff are registered with Southern Health and Social Care Trust to accommodate 48 children per day.
Although open to pupils from all primary schools, this club is ideal for working parents with children attending Kings Park Primary. Thanks to our partnership arrangement, children attending King's Park are transported to and from school each day via Kidz Patch transport. Please note that we currently cannot provide this service to other local schools.

PLAYGROUPOur playgroup opened in September 2011 and caters for children aged 2 years 10months - 5 years. Currently we have registration for 24 children per day.
Here at Kidz Patch playgroup we are committed to providing early years education and care in line with the current regulations and best practice guidelines. Parents are communicated with at all stages and feedback from existing service users has always been highly encouraging. |
