Ben’s birthday ! This week we talked all things birthdays. We played pass the parcel, wrapped presents, made party hats and even had a party in the hall.
This week we were exploring winter. We sorted winter and summer clothes, talked about food to keep us warm and enjoyed exploring ice. We especially enjoyed watching our ice pops freeze and trying them!
P1 have been doing lots of blending practice using our sounds and have even been writing sentences! We talked about capital letters, finger spaces and full stops! We also enjoyed reading books about our new characters Biff, Chip and Kipper!
PJ charity day for B positive! We all came to school in our PJs and enjoyed a relaxing day filled with colouring, yoga, hot chocolate and a pj parade.
P1 Palmer assembly! Our class worked really hard on an assembly about kindness. We made a kindness tree and talked about all the different kind things we can do at home or school to make other people feel happy.
