This month we will be exploring the topic of ‘People Who Help Us’.
We will be learning about various people who help us in the local community and in our school, through our play, community time learning and some visitors!
We will also be learning about some new flowers, such as snowdrops
On Friday we had a special visit from Doctor Johnston.
The boys and girls got the opportunity to try on a mask and gloves, these are things that Dr Johnston has to wear at her work.
They got the opportunity to use a stethoscope to listen to their and others heart beat. Some also wanted the Doctor to listen to their heart.
Doctor Johnston bandaged up some children who wanted her to. Some children also had their oxygen levels checked. It was great fun.
A big thank you to Doctor Johnston for coming in to King’s Park. We really appreciate you given up your time to come in to all the Nursery classes on your day off.
