Mrs McClements
We have been learning all about birds. We have sketched feathers, used oil pastels for drawing a pheasant, had a visit from some birds of prey, been on a bird walk and we have been making a book all about birds.
Pancake Tuesday!
We had great fun when a Alison Soys came to visit us. She is a local Illustrator who has illustrated the book 'Maggie's Mittens'. She talked to us about her job and read us the story. We then got to do lots of nice crafts. We loved our morning with Alison.
We have been learning about birthdays this month. We were all invited to Ben's birthday party in the hall. We made buns, party hats and wrote invitations. It was great fun.
