Rolling conkers and carving a pumpkin. Happy holidays!

We have been practising writing our sounds and numbers on big pages, iPads, glitter trays, coloured boards and sketch pads.

Rhyming Objects. Can you find the objects that rhyme?

Phonics! We are starting to learn all about different letter sounds. We have been bringing in objects from home to help us learn these new sounds.

Autumn Walk to Lurgan Park. We saw lots of leaves on the ground, and falling from the trees. We found different coloured leaves, conkers and acorns too!

Vegetable Week! We were busy learning about lots of different vegetables and where they grow. We made our own vegetable soup, and dug some of them up in the sand tray.

Pattern Work! We wore spotty and stripey socks to school We also made a pattern bracelet with honey and chocolate hoops! Yum!

We have also been busy learning all about fruit. We brought some in from home and have been tasting them too! Yum!

We have been learning all about traditional stories incluiding 3 Billy Goats Gruff, 3 Little Pigs and Goldilocks and the 3 Bears.

We have been learning all about the number 1 and 2. We went for a 'number walk' around school to see our new school, and to look for these numbers.
