Nursery 3
We have been making our own maracas in class by decorating bottles and filling them with different materials! We are looking forward to playing them during our music sessions!
We are working hard to develop rhythm and follow a steady beat using different actions.

We had great fun singing ‘Chop, chop, chopity chop’! We had to follow a steady beat!
With Mrs Myers’ help, we learnt a fun new song to teach us about beat. We worked hard to try and follow the beat as we cut the vegetables for the soup!

We enjoyed playing the different percussion instruments along to our Winter songs that we have learnt during Community Time!
We are learning to play our instruments in time to the music!
Mrs Myers introduced us to a variety of musical instruments!
Mrs Myers introduced us to new percussion instruments; maracas, castanets, triangles, drums, tambourines and some others! We are learning to name these different instruments and we are enjoying using and playing them!
