We had great fun outside today on our Autumn hunt!
We used leaves to make a lovely Autumn hedgehog.

We went to Lurgan Park for a lovely Autumn walk. We saw lots of different signs of Autumn all through the park. We collected lots of different signs of Autumn to take back to our classroom.
We have been using our conkers to create some lovely pictures by dipping them in paint and rolling them. It was great fun.
We have been using our vegetables to make some soup. We had to cut them up nice and small.
We are learning all about different types of vegetables this week. The children got to hold and feel the different types of vegetables they had brought in and then we used some peppers today to make patterns.
We were so excited to finally get to cut up our fuiut and to taste lots of different fruits that we haven't had before!
We created a pictogram of our favourite fruit. We made some spooky number 4's.
We have been busy painting our fruit today. We had to look carefully at the colour and shape before we started. We also ended the day with our first PE session inside.

We enjoyed staying for school dinners and pack lunches for the first time. Today we were writing number 3's using chalk on the fence in our playground.

We have been writing lots of number 2's today and thinking about things we would find at the seaside.

We have been painting lots of waving waves and adding some boats on to them today. This morning we shared our Weekend News and practiced writing the numbers 1 and 2.
We have been learning about number 1 this week. Today we painted some clouds and number 1 rain drops. We have also been working lots with scissors today.
