Congratulations to the new Northern Ireland Champions! King's Park Girls football team put on a fantastic display at the NISFA National Finals today. Our boys also fought many tight games before exiting at the quarter final stage. Well done to both teams, more photos to follow...

What a team 

Congratulations to the girls football team who qualified for the NI Primary Schools Finals by winning the Terry Shields Mid-Ulster Shield today 

King’s Park ‘A’ beat Orchard County 2-0 in the final with Lucy from Orchard County being Awarded Player of the tournament.

A massive well done to our ‘B’ team who did fantastic making it to the semi-finals where they met our ‘A’ team 

Congratulations also goes to Edenderry Portadown who won the Plate event. In total 10 teams participated in what was a fantastic occasion! Thank you to all the schools, staff and pupils who took part!

We are hosting a tournament at school on Friday 13th May for girls football teams in Mid-Ulster. The tournament will be called the Mid-Ulster Shield and winners will progress to the NI finals. I hope to have at least 2 KP teams playing. All support welcome!

This week KPS has been helping to celebrate the 10^th Birthday of the Daily mile. We continue to promote the wellbeing benefits of the mile throughout the school on a daily and weekly basis. As the better weather allows more outside time and lighter evenings, the children and their families might like to add to their mileage at home!

This year NISFA are hosting the national finals here in Lurgan at the Lurgan Town Arena on the 19^th of May.

Spectators are welcome at our NI finals!
