Congratulations to the King’s Park football team and girls hockey team for dominating their tournaments at the Tri-sport event hosted by Lurgan College! In challenging conditions, the boys triumphed through the group stage, secured a 2-1 victory against Waringstown in the semi-final, and clinched a thrilling 2-1 win against Maralin in the final to maintain their unbeaten streak!

The girls showcased exceptional skills, playing 12 matches with a 100% success rate and zero goals conceded! They emerged victorious in the final against Waringstown, sealing their triumph on the hockey field.

Shoutout to the rugby team, marking their debut with a fantastic performance at the tournament – a promising start for the future!

The boys' hockey team had a great day at the Portadown Times tournament! They played brilliantly, winning 4 matches, drawing one, and losing one.

Ended up second, just narrowly missing first place on goal difference!

Huge shoutout to Harry, our top scorer with an impressive 7 goals. Amazing effort from the whole team!

On Friday 1st December King's Park took part in the Daily Mile Santa Run, all while wearing a Christmassy item!

Outdoor physical activity holds great significance at our school and every class had a great time completing laps on our MUGA, around the school and in Lurgan Park.

Congratulations to the King's Park football teams who both went undefeated and won their groups on Friday 24th in the Mid Ulster Schools competition.

Boys’ Team,  Girls’ Team and Fun Runners attended a competition at Portadown College on Friday 17^th November.

Both Boys’ and Girls’ teams won their races and King’s Park won overall top school.

Congratulations to Lucia McMullen 1^st place, Bella McMullen 2^nd place, Hannah Mooney 3^rd place and Connie Kinkead 6^th place in the Girls’ race and to Mikolaj Matyjas 3^rd place and Noah Myers 6^th place in the Boys’ race. Also, to Jenson Dodson and Henry Foster who came second and 3^rd in the Fun Run respectively.

Round 2 of the Flahavans’ League will be held on Friday 1^st December in Lurgan Park. Racing starts at 11am.

King's Park Cross Country Teams took part in Round 1 of the Primary Schools' league on a sodden wet Friday morning at Portadown Rugby Club. 

The Girls team ran out overall winners by a large margin with all 6 runners coming in the top 9 out of a field of 79. Lucia McMullen won the race with Hannah Mooney coming in 2nd. Rebecca Graham was 5th, Bella McMullen 7th, Maisie-Jane Brown 8^th and Connie Kinkead 9th. 

The Boys' team ran in second with our top runner Zack McCombe running in 5^th,Noah Myers running in 14^th,   Noah Cherry 16th, Mikolaj Matyjas 19th, Sam Brown 25^th and Simon McShane 25^th out of a field of 76.

The Fun Run was well represented with Poppy Cloughly coming in 3^rd in the Girls' Run and Igors Polovinka coming in 7^th  and 9^th  respectively out of a field of 71. Others were well placed too with Connie Cousins coming in 6th, Elsie Firth 7th, Abigail Martin 8th, Emmy Patterson 12th, Daisy Gordon 14^th and Beth Woods 15th. In the Boys, Theo Armstrong ran in 8th, Alfie Guy 11th, Abdul Jabbar 22nd, Jenson Dodson 25^th and Joshua Hall 31st.
