Daily Exercise

Every week online we will be giving you a specific skill to work on and practise with your child at home.   However, we feel that daily exercise is so important and wanted to give you an insight on some of the activities you could do with your child at home on a daily basis.  We hope you find our ideas useful! 


Joe Wicks is live Monday to Friday at 9am.  This is a brilliant idea and I know we have been joining in with our own kids at home.  This is a fantastic start to the morning and is a good routine to start their day and yours.  Find the link below:
