Counting and Recognising numbers!
In order to help your child recognise and count out corresponding concrete objects, you can use the number line you received in your home learning pack or you can make your own number line using paint or chalk outside!
Once you've made your number line, choose a resource to count, like pom poms, lego, blocks, stones or marbles and count out each number underneath. Below you can see a Nursery 3 child recognising each number and then counting out each number using pom poms!
You could also play Number Bingo with your child and/or siblings! Lots of number fun to be had while at home!
