Topics, Season, Colour and Shape
Throughout the month of April in Nursery, we will be exploring the topics of:
Spring and the Farm
We will be introducing Spring time and talking about the changes that happen at this lovely time of year such as, Spring flowers, brighter evenings and the birth of different animals. We will be exploring the topic of Farm and talking about various farm animals and their babies, the products they produce, as well as learning about some farm machinery.
Some Key Vocabulary:
Daffodils, Crocuses, Lambs, chick, Hen, cow, horse, pigs and goat!
The Season of Spring!
Go on a colour hunt with your child to find as many PURPLE items as you can around your home!
Shape Hunt! Go on a shape hunt with your child to find as many RECTANGLE objects as you can around your home!
