    This week's theme is 'Gratitude' and artwork should be based around things that our pupils are thankful for. These can be more personally specific than our more general NHS Thank yous a few months ago. 

    Maybe you would like to make a thank you card to send to someone to brighten their day!

  • Post Primary Placement Letters

    Dear Parent/Guardian

    Your child’s Post Primary Placement letter should arrive tomorrow Thursday 4th June. 

    In the event of your letter not arriving or should your child not receive a placement in their 1st preference choice of school Mr Shields will be available from 1pm to 5pm on Thursday 4th June to receive any queries or concerns you may have. 

    Please email Mr Shields using dshields234@c2kni.net and include the following information in order to confirm your child’s identity: child’s full name, date of birth and postal address.

     

    Admissions Helpdesk

    The Education Authority Helpdesk will be in operation from 1pm to 5pm on Thursday 4th June.  It can be contacted on 028 9598 5595 or via email on postprimaryadmissions@eani.org.uk. It will operate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm thereafter.  Further information will also be available on the Education Authority website www.eani.org.uk/admissions

     

    SEN Helpdesk

    The SEN Helpdesk (028 9598 5960) can provide information to parents of children with Statements of Special Educational Needs.  The SEN Helpline operates Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

    This week’s theme for Messages of Hope is ‘Show Kindness’.

    Pupils could illustrate these words, find a quote about kindness to illustrate or draw something that they could do to show kindness to others. However, the most important thing to do this week is to actually show kindness to others!

    The theme for this week’s messages of Hope is Painted Pebbles.Pupils are asked to write or paint an encouraging /positive message and/or picture on a small stone and either give it to someone to encourage them or leave it in a SAFE place when out for a walk for someone to discover (e.g. under a tree or on a wall or bench). Photos of the pebbles should also be sent to kpmessagesofhope@gmail.com as usual.
  • Planting sunflowers in school 🌻

    All of the children enjoyed planting sunflower seeds today into their own individual flower pots. They have taken them home to water them and watch them grow into beautiful sunflowers 🌻🌻
