  • Glenavon Day

    Fri 06 May 2016

    Glenavon Day

Glenavon will be playing in the Irish Cup final against Linfield on Saturday 7th May. We have a lot of very avid football supporters and as our local club we would like to show some support!

We will be having a blue and orange day on Friday 6th May; children can dress in these colours. This is entirely at the discretion of parents.

Mr Shields has prepared a Glenavon Football Club quiz which went home yesterday and should be returned to class teachers on or before Wednesday 4th May.

Children can design a new Glenavon mascot for the day on A4 paper.

Gary Hamilton will visit school on Friday 6th May to choose the winners and give out some prizes.

Glenavon have asked that a charity contribution be made to the Martin Ferran Brain Tumor Research charity and the school will make a contribution from our charity week.  No contributions are necessary on this day.
