• TIMES TABLES ROCK STAR AWARD WINNERS

  Primary 5-7 had a battle of the bands when they competed against each other in their times tables' facts!

   

  As a result P6 were the overall winners.  Certificates were also given out to the top three point scorers in each year group.  Well done to everyone!!

   

  Henry achieved the highest score across the 3 year groups with a huge 12,000 table facts answered!!!

   

   

   

  

• KINDNESS AWARDS

  Congratulations to our Kindness Award winners! 

   

  Each half term, one child from each class is chosen for this special recognition, and we are thrilled to celebrate the kindness and compassion they show towards others.

   

  We are proud of all our pupils for their efforts in creating a positive and caring school community.  These children have gone above and beyond in showing kindness to their peers and making a difference in their classrooms.  Keep up the great work everyone!

  Well done to the boys and girls who took part in their first hockey blitz! A fantastic day out with lots of hockey played and goals scored!

• Khulula Choir from Eswatini

  We were thrilled to welcome the Khulula Choir from Eswatini!  We loved hearing their incredible voices and it was so much fun joining in the dancing.  The children raised an amazing £550.

  

• SCHOOL BAG/STATIONARY DONATION

  A huge thank you to Rev Andrew Gibson and Mark Hand from High Street Methodist Church for their very kind donation of school bags and stationary.    These will be treasured by some of our pupils who don't have school bags and will be a blessing to both the children and their families.

• Steven Gill - Word Kick Boxing Champion (9-11 Age Group)

  Huge congratulations to Steven Gill who is the WORLD KICKBOXING CHAMPION IN THE 9-11 AGE GROUP. The competition was in England during the summer. This is not the first time Steven has won this award and is yet another amazing achievement for him. Well done!

• LURGAN PARK SHOW WINNERS

  Well done to all of our Lurgan Park Show entrants.   

  We had some wonderful exhibits of handwriting, art and crafts.  Here are some photographs of the winners, including Shaelyn Rowe who won the McColgan Trophy for the most overall points.

  

• NORTHERN IRELAND CHAMPIONS

  King's Park are NI primary school champions after winning the McCloy Cup at Playball!

  A fantastic performance from every squad member saw them win the group with maximum points.

  The squad then went on to win both very tightly contested quarter and semi finals after run ins. The final saw the team produce a trophy winning performance with a convincing win!  A fitting end to a fantastic season!

  Lucia also picked up player of the tournament! Thank you to all our fantastic supporters who came to watch!

  

• Boy's Hockey Team

  A massive congratulations to the boys hockey team who finished runner ups in the NI Finals Plate Competition! The boys played fantastically throughout and only lost the final on penalties. A super effort from a very talented team!
